Terms of Service

This policy is written for international English-language readers and must be reviewed by qualified counsel for each launch market before production.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using IoT Atlas, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or its tools.

2. Informational purpose

Content is provided for general research and comparison. Specifications, prices, rankings, availability, cloud features and compatibility can change. Verify critical information with the manufacturer, reseller, cloud provider or regulator before purchase or deployment.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at scale, introduce malware, interfere with other users or use the service in violation of law or third-party rights.

4. Intellectual property

The website design, original text, data organization, tools and editorial content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party trademarks, logos and source materials remain the property of their owners.

5. Third-party links and commerce

The website may link to retailers, marketplaces, app stores, manufacturers and cloud providers. We do not control their content, pricing, availability, security or privacy practices. Some links may be affiliate links, as disclosed separately.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability. AI estimates and probability scores are decision-support signals, not guarantees.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IoT Atlas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, use or business opportunity arising from the service.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IoT Atlas and its contributors from claims arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these terms or infringement of third-party rights.

9. Governing law and changes

Governing law, jurisdiction, dispute rights and consumer protections depend on the production operator and launch market. These terms may be updated, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
